When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide, currently including your name, email address and message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about your request and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a business relationship. For other general enquiries, we process the information where necessary for our legitimate interest in handling business communications.

Contact-form enquiries are sent to our business mailbox hosted by Hostinger.

Website and hosting data

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. When you access the website, technical information may be processed as part of normal website operation and server logging. This can include information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and technical request data.

This information may be used where necessary to operate, secure, maintain and troubleshoot the website.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions with the website, device and browser information, and approximate location information.

4. Why we process personal data

  • Google Analytics: our current settings retain user-level data for up to 14 months and other event-level data for up to 2 months. These retention settings apply to user- and event-level Analytics data; aggregated reporting may be handled differently by Google.
  • Technical hosting and security information: retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for website operation, security, troubleshooting and applicable legal requirements, subject to the configuration and retention practices of our hosting provider.

  • Google Analytics — website analytics and measurement, subject to your consent settings.
